Payment systems:
New students: first month is monthly based. After that, will be based on the remaining sessions in the term.
Existing students: based on the remaining sessions in the existing term.
Term ends on the last day of March, June, September, and December

One-time materials fee of $50 (cost of the materials higher/equal to the fee, thus we do not profit from it).
